Human-Centered Leadership: Leading A Multi-generational Workforce with LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology- 1-Day Experiential Masterclass
In an era where AI is rapidly reshaping how work gets done, technology can automate tasks and analyze data—but it cannot replicate human empathy, trust, and genuine connection. As machine capability expands, the uniquely human aspects of leadership have become the ultimate operational differentiator.
Simultaneously, leaders face the complex challenge of managing a multi-generational workforce. With distinct expectations, communication preferences, and motivators across age groups, traditional command-and-control authority no longer drives results. Leading effectively today demands a human-centered approach that places people at the heart of engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
This high-impact, 1-day masterclass equips leaders with practical frameworks and experiential tools to bridge generational divides and lead with empathy:
Through guided reflections, real-world scenarios, and hands-on LSP builds, leaders will leave equipped to foster trust, align diverse perspectives, and unlock the full potential of multi-generational teams in an AI-driven workplace.

This high-impact, 1-day masterclass equips leaders with practical frameworks and experiential tools to bridge generational divides and lead with empathy:
- Human-Centered Mindset: Move beyond rigid processes to build psychological safety, trust, and mutual respect.
- The Core Drive Framework: Diagnose intrinsic motivation to understand what truly energizes different team members and generations.
- LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP): Harness 3D tactile modeling to surface unspoken team dynamics, adapt communication styles, and solve complex leadership challenges in real-time.
Through guided reflections, real-world scenarios, and hands-on LSP builds, leaders will leave equipped to foster trust, align diverse perspectives, and unlock the full potential of multi-generational teams in an AI-driven workplace.
Key Capabilities Developed
- Human-Centered Leadership Mindset: Understand how conscious leadership behaviors shape team culture, trust, and psychological safety through empathy and perspective-taking.
- Understanding Motivation with Core Drive: Gain practical insights into what energizes people at work using the Core Drive framework to track and improve engagement.
